LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are reportedly engaged to get married!

LeAnn Rimes, the 28-year-old singer, controversially began dating her Northern Lights co-star Eddie Cibrian last year while she was still married to backup dancer Dean Sheremet.

Cibrian, 37, who has two children with ex Brandi Glanville, was still married at the time. The actor left his wife for Rimes and filed for divorce in 2009 after eight years of marriage.

E! News was first to report the news, saying that Cibrian popped the question on Halloween after he posted a photo of himself bending knees to Rimes on Twitter. And the next morning, Rimes tweeted that the proposal was not a joke:

"Ok, it was "TRICK-or treat" right! @eddiecibrian and I were having a little fun. That pic was taken at Universal City walk right before a private event I did there earlier this month.@eddiecibrian is WAY more romantic than to proper to me in front of a "lunatic" sign. Just thought it was too funny not to share a little "TRICK!!" we're happy as can be and had the best Halloween! Hope you guys did too!!!"
